We monitor orders in progress, expedite delivery when timelines are at risk, and arrange pre-shipment quality inspection — either through our own team or through recognised third-party inspection bodies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek.

We charge a sourcing and procurement fee based on the value and complexity of each engagement. Our fee structure is transparent and agreed upfront — there are no hidden charges. For clients with ongoing procurement needs, we also offer retainer arrangements that provide priority access to our sourcing team and a more cost-effective fee structure over time.
